Method

Mix a dressing of sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and ginger paste, fresh chopped green chillis and some maple syrup to
sweeten.
Marinate Big Sam’s Salmon Poke Cubes in the above dressing for at least 15 minutes.
Assemble the bowl with the ingredients.
