Fresh Norwegian Salmon expertly cubed for your convenience.  Fresh salmon is flown in weekly from Norway and kept in temperature controlled conditions to retain taste and quality. Enjoy salmon cubes dipped in soya sauce or prepared in a ‘poke bowl’ with some Japanese Edamame, Orange Tobiko (check out our Japanese products) and other ingredients of your choice.
Storage Instruction:
– Keep refrigerated (0-4 degrees celsius) for 2-3 days if unopened.  Once opened consume immediately or within 2 days.
– If frozen (-18 degrees celsius) can keep unopened for upto 7 days.
