Caviar & Smoked Salmon Canapes

Ingredients

  • Big Sam’s Fresh Atlantic Smoked Salmon 
  • Big Sam’s Caviar – choose from Ossetra, Kristal or Beluga 
  • Big Sam’s Fresh Cream Cheese
  • French Bread or Crackers
  • Sprig of Dill or Parsley

Method

  • Pick your base – crackers need no preparation. The bread needs to be lightly grilled
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese to the base
  • Add a thin slice of the smoked salmon
  • As a final touch gently place a small amount of caviar on top
