In a saucepan combine the honey, garlic, butter and chilli flakes to make the glaze. Heat over medium heat and keep stirring till it bubbles and thickens. Then allow it to rest.
Set aside half of the glaze to use later.
Pat the salmon fillets dry and coat with a thin layer of the glaze. Then keep the fillets on parchment paper
Bake for approximately 10 minutes (will depend on the thickness of the fillet), add some more glaze and continue baking
Once cooked, add some of the reserved glaze to the baked fillets
