Wild caught skin on portions, referred to as “silver salmon’ because of its beautifully coloured skin. Salmon skin is crispy and delicious. Coho is milder in taste than Atlantic salmon, making it even more versatile. 150g of salmon contains 30g of protein. Packed with omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, salmon can contribute to healthy heart, brain, reproductive, hormone and thyroid function.
Storage instructions:

• Can be kept in the freezer (-18 degrees celsius) for up to 2 weeks if unopened.
• If refrigerated (0-4 degrees celsius) can keep for up to 2-3 days unopened. Once open consume immediately or within 2 days
