Sashimi grade and loin cut makes it perfect for sushi and salads. Alternatively, sear with seasoning of your choice. Vacuum packed to retain taste, quality and freshness.

Storage instructions:

If kept in fridge (0-4 degrees celsius) unopened use within 2-3 days. Once opened consume immediately or within 2 days.
If kept in freezer (-18 degrees celsius) unopened, consume within 7 days.
