Hosomaki is a type of maki roll which is smaller than the regular size – perfectly compact bite sized pieces, perfect for snacking.
To maximise flavour and nutrition each handmade sushi is packed with extra salmon and every ingredient has been expertly sourced – from the fresh atlantic salmon to the kokuho sushi rice and the nori (seaweed)
To ensure quality and taste your order is prepared when the order is placed (not in advance). Each order is sent with chopsticks, wasabi, ginger and soya sauce with a gel pack to maintain correct temperature.
