Origin: Netherlands 

This wild-caught fish is a mild white fish which has a delicate flavour and texture.  It has a low fat content and is very popularly used in fine dining. Pan sear, grill, bake or poach. A classic dish  called “Sole Meuniere” is where the dover sole is pan seared and served with butter, lemon and parsley.

We have removed bones, however there might be traces.

Storage instructions:

  • Can keep in the freezer (-18 degrees celsius) for up to 2 weeks unopened.
  • Can keep in the fridge (0-4 degrees celsius) for 2-3 days unopened. Once opened consume within 2 days.
