Black Cod is a premium seafood also known as Sablefish. It is rich in protein and contains the highest amount of omega 3 fatty acids out of all white fish. The omega 3 content makes it a deliciously, silky textured fish with a buttery flavour. It is highly versatile and pairs well with miso or simply lemon and garlic.
– Can be kept in th freezer (-18 degrees celsius) for upto 2 weeks if unopened.
– If refrigerated (0-4 degrees celsius) can keep for 2-3 days unopened. When the packet is opened consume immediately or within 2 days.
