Nigiri expertly made from fresh salmon belly loin – a tender part of the fish which melts in your mouth and has a silky texture, ideal for sushi and sashimi. The salmon is seared/torched on top to give it a smoky flavour and a slightly crisp texture, while keeping the inside tender.
To ensure quality and taste your order is prepared when the order is placed (not in advance). Each order is sent with chopsticks, wasabi, ginger and soya sauce with a gel pack to maintain correct temperature.
