Fresh White Summer Truffle (50g)

With an intoxicating scent and luxurious flavour, these rare truffles are only available for a short while per year.  Slice them thinly over your eggs, pasta, risotto or mashed potatoes.  We recommend not cooking them as the heat will compromise the intense aroma.

Storage instructions:

• Consume within 4-5 days.
• Store in refrigerator (0-4 degrees celsius). When storing place the truffles inside a glass or plastic container with tissue or cotton cloth kept at the base of the box.
